We recently sold our home in Northern BC and had a very short window of time to find a
new place. We decided to look around in the Okanagan and found Rob Nobert’s name
online. We sent him an email and within a very short time he called us back. We told him
we had a 12 hour drive down and would need to do some power shopping in a number
of area’s and only had 4-5 days to do it. We pulled into Vernon and Rob already had
homes all ready for us to look at. Over the next three days Rob picked us up and
chauffeured us all over Vernon, Lumby, Armstrong, Salmon Arm and surrounding areas.
We looked at a lot of homes until we found exactly what we were looking for. Rob was
always patient, and never pushy. He answered all of our questions and if he didn’t know
the answer, he quickly found the information we needed. After the offer was made and
accepted we had to return home to prepare to move. Rob stood in our place for the
home inspection and guided us through all of the strata and sale documents. Rob stands
out among realtors because he is intuitive, intelligent, effective and the best for

good results, each time with seasoned professionals. So I was a little
hesitant going with someone who was new to the area and industry. But
there was something about Rob.
Right away he impressed me with his ideas about making improvements,
marketing and selling. Even more, he has the skills and work ethic to do
the work himself: carpentry, painting, arranging an open house or a photo
shoot. He’s continually honing his real estate knowledge. His hard work
increased the value of my home, and his savvy sold it.
But what really sold me on Rob is that he’s such a good man, and he
gives his all. Relationships really matter. He’s smart, professional and
positive. Never an unkind word about anyone. He’s trustworthy.
Rob was more than patient with my process and it mattered to him that

After patiently looking over many homes Rob was able to help me
secure a deal on my first home. Due to my erratic work schedule at
